Black women’s image in society is bitter, male bashing, promiscuous, obese, judgmental, welfare, and a bad attitude. However, black women are not as barbaric as they are portrayed. In some cases what makes it worse is the fact that black men support this claim. Some black men even go as far as to say it is the reason for them going to a other race of women. Black women have had to fight many opposing forces their men has been one for a while. Why is it that some black men label black women? I think it is a scapegoat being able to pass judgment on the other because the person they are really oppressed by they are not able to fight or talk about. This is a problem that is really causing a problem between the family dynamic and marriage rates among black women.
